About Us

Founded in 2023, Seven Stone Pillars is a family-owned, independent business committed to supporting artists in moving from hesitation to expression, and from confusion to clarity. Co-founders Myke and Christy Isaac are parents to five musical children — that sparked a desire in them to understand both the complexities of the music industry and the creative process more deeply. Their exploration has taken them far beyond traditional music lessons and recitals. Now, they share what they’ve learned so that every artist has the opportunity to develop healthy creative expression and build a sustainable career — with knowledge, empowerment, and without exploitation.

Christy

In addition to being a lifelong musician, she is a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner and coach.

She has recorded and performed in orchestral, worship, and professional settings.

Christy has spent the last decade sharing her natural teaching, facilitating, and listening skills through homeschooling and personal consulting.

She loves organizing and hosting events geared toward the growth and development of others. She brings warmth, clarity, and intuitive insight into every interaction.

Myke

In addition to being a lifelong musician, he is a military veteran, consultant, strategist, and executive coach.

He's toured, recorded, and trained onsite at Musicians' Institute in Hollywood, CA.

Myke has spent over a decade developing and sharing his leadership skills with various startups, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies.

He loves facilitating workshops, inspiring healthy transformation in others, and is continually seeking new opportunities for personal growth and development.

How We Support Artists

Most artists want clear business advice and practical next steps — we've got that. What they need is to lock in their vision, build real structure, develop resilience, and surround themselves with a support system that provides honest accountability, so they stay aligned, focused, and in motion — we've got that too.

Coaching

Deep customized guidance for artists navigating personal or creative blocks, career pivots, or a return to consistent output.

Workshops

Facilitated group experiences that combine insight, reflection, and clarity to take action and jumpstart your creative momentum.

Retreats

Multi-day transformational events that provide the space and support to realign, recharge, and take bold steps forward.

Sacred Work

We've all been there — stuck between vision and action — knowing what to do but struggling to do it. Discovering how to move forward is just as real.

Your artistic expression is born from a wide range of emotions, experiences, and perspectives — from fear, hurt, and grief to joy, gratitude, and love. Each plays a vital role in the creative process. We’re here to walk with you as you explore the heights and depths of your inner world.

Practical Work

You've studied your craft and have more gear than you can use at one time, but you still haven't learned how your industry really works or how to carve out a place for yourself in it. Being an artist means running a business — most artists don't like business. Most artists aren't where they want to be.

No one was born an expert. We've all had to learn, and everyone still has gaps in their knowledge. Learning where those gaps lie is the first step to filling them.

This Is For You If You're:

  • Talented but stuck

  • Lacking support or structure

  • Overthinking, procrastinating, or second-guessing

  • Not doing the things you know you need to do

  • Feeling like you're sabotaging your own momentum

  • Letting fear of failure or success stop you from creating

  • Not setting clear goals

  • Feeling isolated or overwhelmed

  • Ready to share your gift with the world

  • Desiring to reconnect with why you began in the first place
